MECHANICAL ENGINEER
 
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise Mechanical and fire Protection design drawing.
Prepares bill of quantity and costing for mechanical and fire protection works.
Conduct quality control inspection.
Conducts site inspections of mechanical works for all projects.
Coordinates mechanical consultant for request for information and approvals.
Responds to inquiries from the construction team.
Testing and Commissioning of mechanical and fire protection devices
Coordinates Architect and allied professionals
Coordinates Elevator installation, testing and commissioning.
Attends coordination meetings.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Must have at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must have at least 3 Years of working experience specializing in building mechanical design.
Must be knowledgeable with the mechanical standards and codes of the Philippines.
Must be familiar with local ordinances for mechanical works.
Must have mechanical design experience related to residential subdivisions and low to high rise condominiums.
Required Skills: Mechanical Design, Quantity Surveying, Construction
Must be excellent in both written and oral communication skills in English.
Team Player - can work well with other professionals.
