Job Description
Prepare the Estimates for Major/Critical/Targeted Lump sum and Unit Rate Mechanical, Civil, E&I discipline, MOC's jobs as well as Shutdown/TA projects as per RFQ and scope documents received from client.
Estimate compilation of multi-discipline tenders as appropriate
Lead Mechanical, Civil, E&I discipline estimating Team in the formulation of the contract price estimate, Scope of Work and Client Specification to make complete estimates man-hour, labors cost, equipment, material, and sub-contract for best
Coordinate with other discipline to consolidate complete proposal.
Prepare information for planning purposes; Prepare tender summary for final panel meeting / management review; Attend job explanation meeting and site visits.
Perform other similar or related duties, such as provide technical advice and instructions to subordinates, orient and chair various staff meetings, review and prepare a variety of reports and correspondence, etc.
Use applicable Company's Procedures, Work Instruction and Client / Project specification (if any) to perform the job and maintained effective implementation of AYTB - ISO 9001:2000 Quality System.
Prepare information of internal for pricing request, Material and sub-contract, Lead estimates, includes Man-hours, labor, equipment, material cost and site establishment costs for Finalization to Chief Estimator to competitive Proposal.
Review the clients enquiry package, Mechanical, Civil, E&I RFQ, to fully address the potential work scope, digest the Scope of work and specification, and act on any special requirements relevant to the tender;
Qualifications:
A minimum of 6 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical); Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
