Job Description:
 
As a Mechanical Engineer, he will oversee the Utilities section of Engineering Department making sure of the safety, productivity, and quality of its daily operations.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure reliable operations in all utility equipment for continuous support to the operation
Implement effective preventive maintenance programs with proper documentations and perform problem solving, root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence of failures
Identify risks in utilities equipment and provide mitigations and address safety related reports by providing solution and mitigation
Give priority to quality and process audit findings by timely closure with preventive actions
Active support to regulatory and ISO requirement
Qualifications:
PRC Registered Mechanical Engineer
At least 3 to 5 years experienced in heavy manufacturing industry as an Engineer
Knowledge in Utilities thermodynamics (Steam, refrigeration **Freon or ammonia, water & Air)
Knowledge in problem solving process, Root-cause analysis
With displayed leadership, effective people management
Strong background in Foods Safety and HACCP
