Job Descriptions
Inspects and certifies that all incoming construction materials and goods delivered to the job site comply with the approved submittals
Prepares standardized quality procedures on construction management activities and inspection criteria /checklist which shall be implemented in the job site
Conducts inspection on all construction works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection and sanitary) performed on a continual basis for compliance with the current drawings and specifications
Job Qualifications
Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
At least 2 years working experience in the same capacity
Knowledgeable on process review and documentation flowcharting
In charge of costing and Mechanical Installation.
Must have good oral and written communication skills
Highly analytical & organized, decisive & possesses strong planning skills
