Job Descriptions:
Knowledgeable in the preparation of bill of materials based on the approved drawings for the following Mechanical Works:
Domestic water supply system
Fire Protection System which includes the following;
Fire hydrant piping system
Addressable Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS)
Inert Gas Clean Agent Fire Suppression System
HFC 227ea/FM-200 Clean Agent Fire Suppression System
Firestop Blockage System
Airconditioning and Ventilation System
Deluge Water Spray System
Flood Control Pumping System
Have the capacity to supervise on the installation of the above-mentioned Mechanical works.
Have the good ability to communicate with the Manufacturer/Supplier/Contractor of the above-mentioned Mechanical works.
Willing to conduct site inspection on the project within the country on an irregular basis
Can actively attend and participate in project reviews and meetings.
Has 3-5 years experience in the above field of expertise.
Must be registered with the Professional Regulation Commission.
