Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
The ability to work with multiple discipline projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Main Functions
Oversee the support operations of an organization. Ensure that there is effective information flow and that resources are employed efficiently throughout a business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors.
Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Liaise with all parties on matters related to the progress of work, acceptance of work, and approval plans.
Estimate, develop and manage construction schedule, method statement, and temporary plan.
Responsible to collate, review, and revise sub-contractors drawing and design documents.
Organize and coordinate contractor's work according to the project schedule.
Estimate and allocate staff, equipment, and materials.
Managing set up and preparation of the job before it goes to the site.
Coordinate with Safety Dept. and monitor to ensure safety practices, good housekeeping, and maintenance of equipment, tools, and machinery
Stock control of parts and tools required for installation and service.
Other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time by the General Manager
