Job Description
Must prepare handover inspection and test documentation and operation & maintenance manuals
Coordinate commissioning of electrical or mechanical systems within the teams and other stakeholders
Full review of inspection and test documentation
Review and issue final handover packages to the client
Ensure compliance to regulatory standards throughout the installation and inspection of the project
Perform quality inspections of the installations and control the close out of defects
Oversee that testing is correctly executed on the project
Liaise with the construction management team and client on installation and quality matters
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Must have a minimum of 8 years experience in preparation of Construction documents, material specification and well conversant in all Engineering Codes and Standards for Residential, commercial and Industrial construction
Computer literate specially in Word & Excel format
