Requirements
Licensed/Registered Mechanical Engineer
At least two (2) years extensive working experience in production of manufacturing set-up
Knowledgeable and experienced in operating big machines and able to facilitate conduct of preventive
maintenance and/or trouble shooting
Familiar and updated with all government regulatory agencies requirements regarding the operation of
manufacturing facility especially on the aspect of health and safety standards in the workplace
With Managerial experience in handling maintenance personnel
Able to come up with own in-house costing of all the repairs and maintenance work
Service oriented and proactive leader
Practices appropriate problem-solving skills
Train, Coach, Mentoring and ability to transfer knowledge
Knowledgeable in Planning, Leading, Organizing and Control
Salary Range: Negotiable
Work Location: Carmona Cavite
Work Schedule: Compressed work schedule
