Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities:
I. Project Estimates
Objective:
To produce a competitive quotation able to comply with proper documentation and client requirements ensuring profitability of prospect project
Tasks/Input:
Produce Bill of Quantities from Construction Drawings
Standardize a table of unit costs with real-time updating
Ability to comply with all bidding requirements from client-given Terms of References
Innovation on quantity surveying methods with use of programs and templates
Capability to make presentations for necessary bid-related meetings
Documentation:
Bill of Quantities
Bid Documents (Invitation to Bid, Terms of Reference, Bid Plans)
Standard Table of Unit Costs
Standard Table of Price Lists for Construction Materials
Requirement/Output:
Quotation
II. Project Planning
Objective:
To simulate a project factoring in cost, time, and resources resulting to quality-assured completion
Tasks:
Produce TARGET Gantt Chart with S-Curve for client-approved schedules
Produce Cutting List and Shopdrawings for consumption of production team
Generate budget for project implementation
Man Power Loading and Equipment Loading
Facilitate compilation of project-specific methodologies
Cash Flow Analysis and crash costing
Capability to make presentations for coordination with OPERATIONS
Ability to simulate a project factoring in cost, time, and resources
Setting milestones for proper turnovers to OPERATIONS team
Facilitate collection pre-made Purchase Requisitions with prospect schedules

PRJ-F007: Project Scope Breakdown
PRJ-F010: Daily Accomplishment - to be collected from OPERATIONS
PRJ-F011: Weekly Accomplishment - summary of daily reports, to be reported to president
III. Project Monitoring
Objective:
To track real-time project status comparing target and actual accomplishments

Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Cost analysis, Project Planning
Availability for travel: Yes
