MECHANICAL ENGR./MEPF COORDINATOR - DAVAO PROJECT
 
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Computer literate and familiar with AutoCAD and other software related to engineering
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With experience in design supervision and or construction management of vertical and/or horizontal projects.
Excellent project management and supervision skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Has the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspects Fire, Detection, and Alarm System (FDAS) regularly, making necessary minor adjustments and making recommendations for major adjustments to the supervisor.
Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
Follow and implements provisions for emergency management plans.
May prepare plans, details, specifications, and cost estimates in such specialties as plumbing; heating; ventilating; air-conditioning; and general piping system for non-complex projects or those of limited scope.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
