MECHANICAL ENGR./MEPF COORDINATOR - DAVAO PROJECT
 
Job Qualification:
●        Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
●        Computer literate and familiar with AutoCAD and other software related to engineering
●        At least 3-5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
●        With experience in design supervision and or construction management of vertical and/or horizontal projects.
●        Excellent project management and supervision skills.
●        Good organizational and time management skills.
●        Has the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
●        Inspects Fire, Detection, and Alarm System (FDAS) regularly, making necessary minor adjustments and making recommendations for major adjustments to the supervisor.
●        Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.

●        Follow and implements provisions for emergency management plans.
●        May prepare plans, details, specifications, and cost estimates in such specialties as plumbing; heating; ventilating; air-conditioning; and general piping system for non-complex projects or those of limited scope.
●        Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
