We are seeking for skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Designers who have a strong background in mechanical design, a creative mindset, and proficiency in CAD software.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Create new machine design, programming and machine operations according to customer specifications and perform machine assembly based on mechanical drawing specification
Evaluate current machine condition and initiate improvements and verify its effectiveness to increase machine efficiency and quality
Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) to determine potential failures and their causes
Assist production in solving and repairing machine breakdown/problems to ensure smooth flow of operations
Research and develop ideas for new and/or improved machine designs to improve and optimize machine designs for productivity and longevity
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
With at least 1-2 years experience in mechanical design, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in CAD software (preferrably Solidworks) and a strong understanding of engineering principles
Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
