TasksJob descriptionDesign of Cold Room using Polyurethane Insulated Sandwich Panels (PU Panel).Prepares design of Freon/Ammonia Refrigeration System and selection of valve and pipe size.
Participates in technical reviews of refrigeration system requirements, specifications, designs and codes.
Creates AutoCAD models, including pipe raceway, P&ID, machine assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM) to support fabrication and Project installation.
Work with senior and fellow engineers to develop alternatives and options for completion and further development of projects.Provide technical and engineering support for day-to-day projectQUALIFICATION:
Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
Candidate must be in related field such as refrigeration, designing company, contractor, engineering department of refrigeration industrial plant 4, at least 3 years experience
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD modeling, drawings and with experience in Refrigeration Design.
Must deeply understand of refrigeration system principle, refrigeration system cycle.
Good foundation in Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer and Refrigeration Cycle.
Hands on experience with installation of PU Panel and Refrigeration system is a plus.
New licensed engineers are welcome if they are eager to learn and gain refrigeration technology in long term.
