A. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design all the mechanical parts of the product
2. Ensure all Do's and Don'ts related to mechanicals are observed and applied
3. Ensure all technical aspects in relation to mechanical are addressed and implemented
4. Ensure all mechanical drawings (2D and 3D), models and the likes are implemented in accordance to the standard or good practice and per customer requirements
5. Collaborate to senior mechanical designers, share technical opinions or idea and consult
6. Reports to the division manager the progress of his/her tasks or may report to senior mechanical designer as well per project base 7. Keep record of his/her design outputs in accordance to the company policy
8. Ensure on-time delivery of task
 
B. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
I. Educational Background: Graduate of engineering course like ME, EE or ECE
II. Experience: Experience in doing mechanical designs for both metals and plastics using solid works for not less than 3 years
III. Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:
a. Possess all technical knowledge related to mechanical design. b. Knowledgeable with mechanical standards and good practices. c. Have expertise in 2D and 3D drawing using solid works.
d. Able to create an accurate model and can perform simulations. e. Have adept knowledge in materials and cosmetics.
f. Have knowledge to product design from concept to production. g. Hardworking, smart, open-minded, flexible and can work under pressure without supervision.
