Job Description
Technical Skills.
Ø Develop and validating mechanical design requirements
Ø Able to execute mechanical designs using ADOBE, Auto-CAD, Creo and PRO-E tools
Ø Overseeing the design development of physical prototypes during trial run and in mass-production
Ø Create innovative cost-effective solution to support product development to full scale production
Ø Engineering change control and Value Analysis & Value Engineering
Ø Experienced DFMEA, DFM, PPAP and the like
Ø Familiar with Carton, Foam, Plastic and Metal fabrication molded process
Ø Administer and maintains all related mechanical engineering drawing, bill of material and mechanical test reports.
Ø Familiar and able to use mechanical equipment such as drop and vibration tester and the like
Ø Performs design reviews to ensure design complied to standards and specification
Ø Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, critical to details and decision making
Qualifications.
Ø Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Ø At least 2 years experienced in mechanical design in research & development or product engineering environment
