Description
1. Reporting to Site Manager and carrying out various site jobs as per Instructions of Site Manager.
2. Working on RTG Cranes and STS Cranes which involves working at Heights ranging from 2 meters to 80 meters.
3. Wear always Complete Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when entering site. No PPE no entry to work.
4. Preparing of Daily Job Planning for Technicians and to ensure works are executed as per plan in time bound manner.
5. Conducting Tool Box meeting every day before start of Jobs. And maintain of Records of Tool Box Meetings.
6. Supervision of all Project works at ground level and prepare project status updated on day to day basis.
7. Coordinating with local port authority for execution of Project works, like getting relevant work permits, requesting utility equipment from Local port required for day to day jobs.
8. Maintaining incoming and outgoing material records and tracking for pending deliveries from local suppliers, keep updating status to Site Manager.
9. Keeping records of Local contacts suppliers and documentation required for various govt authorities and port authorities for effective completion of Project activities in time.
10. Verifying all reports submitted by Technicians taking corrective measures if required and updating status to Site Manager.
11. Preparing Roaster and Time keeping for Technicians and helpers as per Philippines government regulation.
12. Need to coordinate with, Site Manager, Technicians, Safety Officer and Local Port personnel for timely execution of project works.
13. All activities and Works to be executed by following DPW Safety Standards, report any unsafe practices seen at work place to site Manager.
