RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cutting meats to customer specifications.
Cut trimmed and ground meats for packaging and sale.
Prepare meat by cleaning, cutting, and discarding inedible parts.
Use a boning knife, skewers, and twine to shape, lace and tie roasts.
Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards.
Performs other duties as assigned related to role or as needed.
SKILL REQUIREMENT:
Knowledgeable in using knives and meat cutting machines.
Ability to visually examine and identify products of quality and freshness and comprehend signages for appropriate labeling and pricing.
Ability to properly handle or use a dumpster, baler, box cutters, and all production relation materials and equipment.
Must be able to bend, stoop to grasp objects, and climb ladders.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
2-4 years' experience as a meat processor
At least high school graduate
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
Physically fit and can carry 40-50 kgs items.
Honest & Adaptable to different environments.
Able to work long hours with minimum supervision.
Must be able to work in a chilled environment.
Able to provide ideas and suggestions that contribute to the growth of the team.
