Job Description:
Summary: The Maximo Data Custodian is responsible for providing prompt and quality support for Maximo asset data collection and loading activities and providing general administrative support functions to the Asset Management team and Maximo core team.
Job Duties:
Review technical documents and prepare asset detail/asset attributes
Prepare, map, and load various data sets under AWM and IM modules of Maximo
Provide project management and administrative support to Maximo project and AM team
Conform to the company's Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Asset Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines
Report Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety events/incidents or potential events, or other security risks to the organization/ committees-in-charge
Protect information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference in accordance with ISMS policies
Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the TL
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Information Technology
Project management qualification an advantage
Engineering licensure exam certification preferred but not required
At least two (2) year experience in project coordination
At least one (1) year experience working in power plant setting (O&M) and with administrative, engineering work, or CMMS background is an advantage
Advanced MS Excel, numerical proficiency, detail oriented, interpersonal skill, communication skills, both oral and written, planning and coordination skills
