Partnering with solution architects, developers, and other IT support personnel to help troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues in non-production and production environments. . Analyzing functional requirements to identify technical solutions that meet the business need. . Designing, developing, and migrating configurations based on the technical design . Designing and developing a mobile solution using Maximo framework (EZMaxMobile) . Troubleshooting and debugging using Eclipse and Maximo logs . Assisting in testing and implementing updates and changes to application. . Following guidelines, procedures, and standards for solution development and support. . Creating and updating technical documentation of technical solutions and support processes. . Providing production support outside of business hours when needed. . Utilizing version control tools to manage multiple revisions of source code. . Understanding of Maximo Business Objects, using SQL to update or change data or objects. . Partnering with infrastructure and system administrator to build and deploy Maximo ear files and perform Configdb's Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . 3+ years of software development experience customizing and supporting Maximo solutions. .
