General Purpose As the Employee Experience lead for Sitel Group's EMEA region, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring the execution of initiatives associated with Sitel Group's premier platform, My Associate Experience (MAX). The post holder will partner Global MAX teams as well as country MAX Leaders and business leaders in the EMEA Region to realise our MAX strategy. You will be responsible for leveraging data and metrics to inform our MAX priorities, define and measure success, and influence change at our company and within our industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Activate and execute key MAX initiatives and concepts through actionable activities. Collaborate closely with owners of MAX programs that define the employee experience. Influence leadership across the region on adopting MAX in everyday experiences. Develop trusted advisor relationships with business and HR leaders to influence the people strategies and drive to decisions in a complex, rapidly evolving environment. Use research and data to identify high potential areas of investment in the employee experience, build influence for suggested strategies, and measure success. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor's Degree. 4+ years' experience working in people or employee experience related roles. A passion for employee engagement. Demonstrated success in defining and overseeing success on employee engagement program initiatives. Demonstrated results building and sustaining complex cross functional relationships. Able to challenge the status quo and provide feedback to leadership. Self-starter able to independently maintain productivity and progress toward annual goals. Demonstrated experience navigating a fast paced, dynamic, matrix environment and adapting to change. Proficiency in verbal communications and the assembly, formatting and presentation of communications to senior leaders. Capable of crafting and communicating a clear project plan and keeping partners advised on progress. Fluent in written and spoken English. Advanced knowledge of MS Office and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed. Experience in labour-intensive industries (retail, hospitality, contact centre) would be an advantage.
