Requests, receives, issues and tracks movement of Raw Materials /Packaging Materials /Operating Materials based on approved SOPs and Work Instructions (WI)s.
Timely submits of Material Transfer Request and Material Request and Issuance Slip to warehouse.
Follows the standard schedules of receiving and issuance to ensure availability, while maintaining inventory levels at a minimum
Coordinates material movement between warehouse and production areas
Coordinates with key production personnel for proper monitoring of material usages and wastages.
Advises superior of the status of incoming materials, material availability, and potential production problems arising from material shortages.
Monitors shop floor inventory and gives weekly update to Materials Planner based on actual count.
Requests, monitors use and inventory of production cleaning materials and chemicals.
Issues Material Complaint Report to Quality Assurance on defective material.
Monitors actual line scrap and wastages and compares it with approved scrap factors
Encodes transferred items based on Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
Generates and analyzes inventory reports (Production Cost Analysis, Material Usages and Wastages Report, Key Material Usages, Stock Position Report, Inventory Record Accuracy) and resolve variances with other functional teams (warehouse, shopfloor)
Conducts monthly cycle count and resolve variances for generation of financial reports of the company.
Coordinates with Quality Assurance, Research and Development, purchasing and production personnel on the resolutions of material issues and trial runs.
Effectively performs Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Housekeeping by observing Good Manufacturing Practices rules and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in their work areas at all times.
Adheres to Environment Health and Safery policy by wearing proper Personal Protective Equipments and by following safety guidelines at their respective areas.
Performs other task assigned by production supervisors/manger that is within their sphere influence.
Completed at least 2 years of any degree or technical / vocational course.
Has at least six (6) months related work experience in a manufacturing organization.
Average to above-average computer literacy
Possesses accounting and mathematical abilities
Can understand and speak basic English language
With basic GMP and safety training and orientation
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Supply Chain Consumer Products/ FMCG 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
