Ensure that the company Inventory Accuracy is at acceptable level according to the management expectation.
Review, evaluate and implement company inventory policies.
Monitor incoming and outgoing materials both internal and external material issuance.
Eliminate missing inventory.
Ensure that all actual inventory is the same to what is transacted in the system.
Make sure that all materials are transacted real time.
Take the lead in doing actual cycle count.
Minimize expired and scrap materials.
