Job Qualifications
• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's /College degree in BS Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 year (s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Highly - creative and a critical thinker.
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Dedication to learn new concepts and strategies
• Confident with good oral communication skills in dealing with a range of people (Client, Designers, Contractors & etc)
• Must be organized, systematic and has a keen eye to details
• Must be knowledgeable in CAD application and has the ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
• Liaising with quantity surveyor about ordering of materials
• Must have good oral and written communication
• Willing to be assigned in any of our Jobsites
• Can start immediately
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Cost analysis, Construction, Cost management
