Material Planner Job Details:
Responsible for production demand, schedules, and assigned invoices.
Responsible for ensuring the timely supply of raw materials based on production forecasts.
Develop and maintain materials plans based on production schedules and inventory levels.
Provide shipment schedules and issue and assign invoice numbers.
Perform stock simulation and coordinate with the Japan team for their reference and shipping arrangements.
Monitor production situation and adjust as needed to ensure on-time delivery and avoid shipment delays.
Spearhead Annual and semi-annual inventory.
Prepare monthly reports on management tables, production performance, inventory, and material requirements.
