. Perform Material Planning activities in accordance with the Project Execution plan and procedures.
. Work with Material Control for material requirement identification, material shortages validation and timely releases of Requisitions.
. Perform data entry in material management system and provide reports according to project specific needs. Organize and manage files and maintain tracking data and reports.
. Maintain the highest ethical standards of Material Management professional responsibility.
. Other responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Job Requirements
. Preferably Filipino, Engineering graduate, at least 2 years of work-related experience.
. Experience should be primarily in Material Planning. With Material Control background is desirable.
. Good English speaking/writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with project team.
. Proactive and able to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
To be Considered Candidates:
Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
