Provides logistical support to Operations in the storage, transport and movement of raw material oil.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Performs oil receiving at the tank farm
2. Loads oil into shuttling trucks for factory delivery and handles inter-tank transfers at the factory Interacts with Truck Scale Operator for proper recording of incoming and outgoing volume of oil from the tank farm
3. Ensures proper recording and monitoring of oil movement from the tank farm summarizing it on a weekly basis
4. Coordinates with Material Inventory Planner on the schedule of deliveries to the factory
5. Draws oil samples on a regular basis for proper monitoring and analysis of oil quality
6. Conducts physical tank farm and equipment inspections and performs basic maintenance procedures
7. Implements proper housekeeping and upkeep of tank farm facilities to ensure its cleanliness and orderliness making sure oil spillages and leakages are eliminated
8. Performs other related functions and tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications
College level/ graduate, Engineering or any business course background
Preferably 1-year work experience in tank farm/ oil movement field
Preferably from the Roxas area or Zamboanga region (priority), but open to other candidates who are willing to relocate.
Open to quick learners who are new to the field
Expectations from the Candidates
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
