Job Description
Minimum Graduate with 5 Years of Gulf experience & Gulf driving License Mandatory.
Supervise the purchasing and planning development while maintaining proper inventory level. Performed accurate data entry, and maintained all appropriate documentation as required for reporting and auditing.
Developed financial tracking spreadsheet, managed administration of various data entry related tasks. Input and issue out supplies on computer for data entry. Maintain inventory control records by organizing documents of requisitions and packing slip
Maintain adequate stock for the dental storeroom utilizing inventory control program. Maintained cleanliness and order of storeroom/warehouse.
Conducted ship's maintenance focusing on safety, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the vessel. Check shipments for stock numbers, quantities, condition, cleanliness and type of material.
Must be organized and punctual. Well-presented and professional. Works closely with Procurement, coding, planning, scheduling, and work coordination to provide seamless execution of the Global Maintenance Work Process (GMWP)
Good Knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Office-Word & Excel.  Good communication skills summed up to splendid knowledge in this area
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
