QUALIFICATION
Eligibility :
RA 1080 (Teacher) Secondary; If not RA 1080 eligible, they must pass the LET within (5) years after the date of first hiring
Education :
TVL: Bachelors Degree; or completion of tech-voc course(s) in the area specialization / SPORTS: Bachelors degree majoring in fields under the Track; or any Bachelors degree plus 18 units of specialization in the Strand; and 24 units for a Masters degree in fields under the Track / ARTS & DESIGN: Bachelors degree majoring in field(s) under the track; or any bachelors degree plus at least 18 units of specialization in the Strand; and 24 units for a Masters degree in fields under the Strand / ACADEMIC: Masters degree in relevant strand/subject
Training :
TVL: At least NC II + TMC I / SPORTS: 8hrs. of training relevant to the courses in the Strand / ARTS & DESIGN: 8hrs. Of raining relevant to the courses in the Track / ACADEMIC: 12 hours of training relevant to the subject area specialization
Work Experience :
TVL: 1 year of relevant teaching or 1 year of relevant industry work experience / SPORTS: 4 years relevant teaching or industry work experience / ARTS & DESIGN: 4 years relevant teaching or industry work experience / ACADEMIC: 5 years relevant teaching/ industry work experience
