They promote efficiency, proper communication and organizational effectivity in fulfilling deadlines and increase client satisfaction. They work with different stakeholders accountable in each phase/lots to define and recognize risk, proactive delivery tends, identify bottlenecks and adjust capacity plans accordingly. Responsibilities: analyze different stages of the project end-to-end and translate projected forecast and work scopes into a time-based project plan Develop a communication cadence with internal and external stakeholders to determine inbound forecast and outbound milestones Establish performance indicators, both quantitative and qualitative, to introduce indicators of accuracy and predictive approach to operations. Establish reporting to determine productivity stats vs commitment delivery targets Able to schedule demand based on the prevalent delivery data and be able to introduce predictive commitment dates to customer. Assemble a master schedule reporting from the business plan, inventory plan, delivery plan and testing plan. Identify current planned level of demand and create tactical delivery plans to meet customer demand. Assist capacity management planning during sales, operational planning and project requirements planning. Qualification: Strong analytic skills and strategic thinking Able to handle complex data and deduct inferences Above capability in spreadsheet manipulation skills 2-3 years experience in project management, scheduling management and delivery management. Accredited 4-year college graduate of Business Management and has experienced working with Telephone and/or Network Service Provider Solid organizational skills Strong influencer of effectivity and efficiency Ability to work on multiple projects and provide synergy for proper scheduling delivery team player and a collaborator.
