A. Education
At least a Graduate of a 3 years Diploma course on production, mechanical elctrical technology, Industrial Technonology or related course or Bachelors Degree Graduate in engineering or related course
B. Working Experience
1. Familiar with basic butter & margarine technology.
2. Working knowledge on pasteurization,oil blending, batching preparation, clean-in-place activities.
3. Basic knowledge in chilling and filling.
4.Knowledgeable on GMP , hygiene and sanitation practices of a food manufacturing set-up.
5.With at least two years experience in batching operation,preffered but not required.
C. Physical Demands and Other Skills
1.With sensitive sensory facilities
2.Can work for long hours ( even in standing position ) and in shifitng schedyle.
3.Satisfactory mathematical skills
5.Can work with minimum supervision.
D. Personality Traits:
Honest, responsible, hardworking, team player, quality conscious, dependable and with initiative.
