Description
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the accuracy and timely completion of end to end Supplier Accreditation Process including the effective communications to all stakeholders.
2. Completes the Supplier Analysis Review to produce a sound supplier accreditation status by reviewing Financial and Reputational risk of the suppliers, conducting customer satisfaction survey, and all other helpful initiatives to strengthen the justification of accreditation standards of the company.
3. Accountable for data integrity of the active supplier in the system/s and reports submitted.
4. Conduct Periodical Supplier Performance-based from Spend and contract management terms and conditions to assure that Suppliers are complying in the agreed terms.
5. Helps the Commodity Management in strengthening the supplier pool per commodity to expand opportunities in sourcing and support supply management in Supply Chain.
6. Provides Analytics support to Stakeholders such as Spend Analysis per category, Compliance Report and KPI reports.
7. Monitors and track Incident reports related to poor performance of the suppliers to be used in periodical performance review and help in mitigating risk of supply.
8. Supports the Initiatives in automation and process improvements within Supply Chain.
9. Supports development of SOPs, Processes and Work Instructions related to Master Data Management, Accreditation and Analytics.
10. Adheres with company policies and procedures.
11. Perform other duties assigned to in relation to Accreditation, Supplier Performance Review, Master Data Management and Supply Chain Analytics
Educational qualifications: Bachelors degree attainment
Professional Experience: at least 2 years background in supplier accreditation requirements, Analytics and reporting and Vendor Master Management. With Shared Services experience is a plus.

4. Supplier Relationship Management
5. Regulatory and Governance familiarity
