Qualifications:
- Good to excellent communication skills
- Atleast 1 months CCE
- Work on Site
- Atleast High School/Senior High School Graduate
- Can start ASAP
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation management software.
Responsibilities:
-Responding to customer inquiries: Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You'll need to have a strong understanding of the home security products and services offered by the company, as well as the technical specifications and limitations of the equipment.
-Troubleshooting issues: You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to home security equipment, such as cameras, sensors, and control panels. -This may involve guiding customers through troubleshooting steps over the phone, or providing remote technical support.
-Coordinating with field technicians: In cases where on-site support is required, you'll be responsible for coordinating with field technicians to schedule appointments and ensure that customers' issues are resolved.
-Documenting support requests: You'll need to document all customer support requests, including the issue reported, the steps taken to resolve the issue, and any follow-up actions required. This documentation will be used to track customer support metrics and identify areas for improvement.
-Escalating complex issues: If an issue is particularly complex or cannot be resolved over the phone, you'll be responsible for escalating the issue to a higher level of support or to the appropriate department within the company.
-Providing product education: You may need to provide product education to customers, including instructions on how to use home security equipment and how to troubleshoot common issues.
-Updating product knowledge: You'll need to stay up to date on the latest home security equipment and technology, including changes in product specifications and new products and services offered by the company.
Salary:
Php 15,000-16,000/month
