Duties/Responsibilities:
A Customer Service Agent for a Financial Service and Bank Account is responsible for providing customer support and assistance to clients regarding their financial products and services. Some key responsibilities of this role include
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Assisting customers with account information, account transactions, and other banking needs.
Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge, and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Cross-selling financial products and services to customers based on their needs.
Providing information and support to customers with technical issues related to online banking.
Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer information.
Complying with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and demonstrating empathy and patience.
Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures.
What are we looking for?
At least 18 years old
At least SHS Graduate
Above average Communication skills
Amenable to Work On-site
Non-Voice Account
Atleast B1 Aspiring Minds result
