Call Center Agent is responsible for responding to client calls, addressing their concerns, and troubleshooting. They handle both inbound and outbound phone calls with customers to make sure that everyone receives the help and support they needed as as quickly as possible.
We are looking for a candidate with these qualifications:
* Experience in Customer Service SALES is required
* At least HS/SHS Graduate
* With excellent English communication skills (both Oral and Written)
* Experience on phone, email, and live chat support is preferred but not required
* Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
* Amenable to report onsite
