Job Description
High Prio Telco Account, speaking to customers about new charges. Handling customer complaints. Maintaining customer records by updating their account information. Moreover, recommending potential products and services to suit a customer's needs.
Qualifications
- At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) SHS Graduate
- Applicant must have at least 6 months BPO experience
- Good to excellent English communication and analytical skills
- Preferably Work Onsite
Salary Package - 18,000 a month
