Mass Hiring Healthcare Account Tier 1 Account in Ilo Ilo City
Basic Salary 14,000
A tier 1 call center agent in a healthcare account is typically the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders seeking support and information over the phone. As such, the role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as a solid understanding of healthcare services and products.
-Answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries related to healthcare services and products
-Providing basic information and support to patients and healthcare providers
-Gathering information to accurately assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
-Resolving simple customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
-Transferring complex or technical inquiries to higher-level support as needed
-Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and information
-Adhering to privacy and security regulations related to patient information
-Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all timesKey responsibilities may include:
Job Qualifications:
- Completred 2 years in college (with atleast 72 units) + 6 months customer service experience in any industry.
- Graduate of 4 years course with atleast 3 months BPO experience
- Has a good customer service orientation
- Willing to work oin shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to work on site
