Focus on the ongoing support of existing clients nationwide.
Receive incoming level 1 enquiries and managing simple ones such as payments, billing enquiries or account enquiries and escalating the more complex ones to the correct department.
Manage simple adds, moves and changes for the existing client base in relation to the service and products supplied by us.
18 years of age and above ​·
At least HS/SHS Graduate
Good to excellent English communication skills​
Communication and Computer savvy
Amenable to work in shifting schedule.​
