DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare surfaces prior to beginning work
2. Determine work equipment and sequence of masonry
3. Mixes cement using hoes, cement-mixing equipment, and/or hand tools
4. Estimate materials and labor
5. Follows safety procedure
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
• Knowledge of related tools, masonry techniques, equipment, and materials
• Skills in the construction, alteration, repair, and maintenance of masonry structures and surfaces
• Meticulous and precise
• High attention to details
• Honest, initiative, and willingness to work hard
• Good communication skills
