We are seeking somebody to assist with the account maintenance, expansion, optimization, and communication of online marketplace initiatives in alignment with established sales and profit goals as a MARKETPLACE ASSOCIATE to join our dynamic team.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Maximize Product Exposure
Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact search terms for each product.
Create compelling and optimized product titles that include relevant keywords.
Craft engaging product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
Utilize enhanced content features (such as A+ content on Amazon) to provide in-depth information.
Implement promotion strategies to improve discoverability.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing banners for special promotions.
Performance Monitoring and Enhancement
Regularly monitor store ratings, reviews, and feedback on different marketplaces.
Analyze cancellation rates and identify reasons for cancellations, taking corrective actions.
Collaborate with customer service to handle customer inquiries and concerns from marketplaces.
In-depth Trend Analysis (Reporting)
Compile data from various marketplaces and analyze sales trends.
Monitor competitors' products and pricing strategies.
Present findings to the management team and propose strategies based on data analysis.
Ongoing Maintenance and Support
Regularly update product listings with accurate information and pricing.
Upload high-resolution images and videos to showcase products effectively.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure availability.
Adjust pricing based on company strategies.
Address and resolve any technical issues related to product listings.
Implement seasonal updates, promotions, and special offers on marketplaces.
Precision Content Optimization
Continuously research and identify relevant keywords for product optimization.
Revise and refine product titles to align with evolving customer search behavior.
A/B test different product descriptions to determine optimal content structure.
Optimize image tags, alt text, and file names for improved SEO.
Analyze the impact of content optimizations on conversion rates and make adjustments
Collaborative Approach
Coordinate with the design team to create eye-catching visuals for PDP and promotions.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address marketplace-related inquiries.
Engage with product development teams to highlight customer feedback and preferences.
Have the ability to work remotely and be available to travel occasionally to company events
