Job Description: * In charge of topline plans, goal-setting, and overall strategies for all three (3) sub-teams under Marketing Systems: Onsite Prioritization, UX Optimization, and Curated Search * Onsite Prioritization: reviews and clears the Job Description: In charge of topline plans, goal-setting, and overall strategies for all three (3) sub-teams under Marketing Systems: Onsite Prioritization, UX Optimization, and Curated Search Onsite Prioritization: reviews and clears the daily homepage prioritization plan UX Optimization: oversees the centralization and cascade of improvements for local marketing-related front end UX and internal processes that require marketing-wide implementation Curated Search: oversees the management of campaign visibility on the Search Bar Leads, manages, and inspires all team members to perform well following the Shopee standard and values at all times Takes command responsibility for the performance and development of all team members, and the achievement of all project KPIs and targets End to end understanding of Marketing, from high-level strategy to operations Regularly reviews and clears plans and reports for team lead and upper management Recalibrates systems and/or innovates entirely new systems based on campaign performance and all available data Drives continual optimization of all systems, projects, and the team Collaborates and coordinates across multiple teams including Onsite Campaign Management, Online Marketing, Offline Marketing, Creative Design, Marketing Operations, and Product Team Requirements: Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in industrial engineering / systems is preferred At least 4 years of work experience in systems development, implementation, and maintenance. Prior experience in eCommerce and people management will be a bonus Adept at simultaneous macro and micro management Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken) Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and G Suite. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is a bonus Able to work swiftly, pivot quickly with changes in direction, and manage team deadlines with or without supervision Displays ownership over one's work, successes, and mistakes Accountable and responsible for all deliverables Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work Emotionally intelligent and with good interpersonal skills Able to be creative operationally and strategically Able to follow directives to the letter and also think for themselves Thorough attentive to details highly proactive resourceful logical critical thinker has a growth mindset team player
