We are Passepartout, a mid-sized manufacturing company located in Cebu/Philippines with 180 employees and growing. Passepartout is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nature Squared with headquarters in Switzerland and a marketing division the UK.

We recently extended our scope to build up the production of pre-defined parts intended for residential and hospitality sectors without compromising quality.
 
Job description
 
In line with our market expansion effort, we are increasing our Marketing Support capability in Cebu by doing several tasks in our UK marketing division here. We are also increasing our efforts in terms of preparation for marketing materials both as physical exhibit items and reading materials. This initiative brings more new workloads to our current staff and leaves a potential hole in the usual day-to-day activities.
 
As a Marketing Support Staff your primary role is to fill in this gap to allow us to continuously operate smoothly while being able to do more than we usually do. You will be responsible for the necessary clerical works, data gathering and other assigned role within the Marketing Support functions, by executing the following task:
Coordinate with personnels from other departments, for the timely gathering of information related to our surface and product technical database.
Data encoding and maintaining of surface and product database and point of contact and source of information for all interested parties.
Responsible for generating surface codes and names by seeking advice from senior colleagues, superiors or other stakeholders.
Responsible for keeping Marketing Support records, including photos and other related files, properly stored in an organized manner and easily available.
Provide regular reports to immediate superior and other interested parties.
Provide the necessary support role and assistance to other senior colleagues wherever applicable and as assigned.
Contribute as team member to activities towards building our new image, surface and product management system software.       
Learn skills in using computer software such as database, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and other relevant computer software.    
Learn skills in photography to serve as a backup for minor photography requirements.
Follow processes and discipline defined by our Integrated Management Systems procedures and work instructions.
Recommend improvements for processes, equipment, skills, and training.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications and Experience
College graduate of any course with good scholastic records. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Have initiative, self-motivation and not picky with the kind and nature of the ever-changing marketing support task.
Dedicated to report to work on a full-time basis, willing to work overtime when needed, and preferably live closer to Mactan island.
Very open to learning new things, being trained, and receiving constructive criticism.
Willing to learn Microsoft Excel and other database-related software. Passion and interest to learn photography, photo and video editing skills.  
Working knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is beneficial.
