• Coordinating all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including:
o Merchandising, Community Relations, Public Relations, Information, Events, and Training and Demos
• Marketing Supervisor also leads the marketing team and prepares marketing budget.
• Develop marketing strategy and action plans in order to achieve specific objectives. Measure, evaluate, and analyze the marketing programs as needed.
• Ensure customer questions and requests are followed up in a timely manner, especially on Social Media platforms.
• Marketing supervisor should be detail oriented and have good organization and team leadership skills.
• Marketing supervisor have at least a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Strong computer skills and substantial knowledge of are a must for Marketing Supervisor:
o MS Word - different type of memos and announcements
o MS Excel - Sellout report, knowledge about pivot
o MS PowerPoint - MBR, QBR, YBR, Event post mortem event and others
• Marketing Supervisor should also have the ability to work in a high-paced and challenging business environment.
