Job Description
Develop marketing strategy to meet Shopee's growth objectives across a wide array of product categories and services;
Work closely with Marketing leadership to solve problems and drive initiatives with strong business impact;
Lead project teams of various sizes to ensure the end to end completion of key strategic growth projects;
Directly assist Shopee Philippines senior management in executing projects end to end;
Collaborate with cross functional teams including but not limited to Business Development, Business Development, and Operations team
Requirements
Has at least 5 years solid experience in marketing strategy
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Analytical and able to think in a data-driven manner
Experience working with management consulting companies or high growth tech companies
Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
