Qualifications:
A graduate of any Business related-course preferably Marketing Management
With 2-5 years experience as Marketing
Maintains a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Can work well in any situation with less supervision
Very approachable/open-minded and knows how to handle people.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school's brand and programs.
Create engaging and persuasive marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
Manage the school's social media accounts and create compelling content to increase online presence.
Coordinate and execute events, open houses, and other promotional activities to attract prospective students and their families.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to gather information for marketing purposes.
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors in the education sector.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, community members, and local businesses.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay informed about industry trends, marketing best practices, and advancements in education.
