THE HATENA SOLUTIONS INC. - a real estate services business and condominium units management in Cebu. We manage condominium units mostly owned by Japanese by marketing for rentals and resale. We also support Japanese client needs here in Cebu like Visa's (9G and SRRV) and some others.
MARKETING STAFF
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking qualified candidates to fill in the position for MARKETING STAFF to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Works
Posting SNS Web Marketing
Prepare and process SPA and Lease agreements, renewal/extension and other documents
Respond to inquiries, make schedule, and conduct property viewing for prospective tenants or buyer.
Monthly marketing reports to clients
Other additional task and responsibilities may assign by superior time to time
LIASON WORK
Process working visas, SRRV, and any related to immigration and PRA works for Japanese clients.
Prepare required documents and well communicate the in charge
Other additional task and responsibilities may assign by superior time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fresh Graduates are welcome, we can train.
HONEST
Experience is advantage but not necessary
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Hardworking, trustworthy and ability to work under pressure
Flexible in work hours and able to handle multitasking job.
EXPECTED SALARY: Php11,000 to Ph15,000/month (depends on the skills and behavior)
MANDATED GOVERNMENT BENEFITS:
- SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig Benefits
- 13 th month pay
- Leaves will be given after 1 year of employment.
WORKING DAYS:
- 5 DAYS A WEEK, basically MONDAY TO FRIDAY
- With SATURDAY/SUNDAYS/ HOLIDAY work if necessary with pay.
TIME: 9am to 6:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
