THE HATENA SOLUTIONS INC.  - a real estate services business and condominium units management in Cebu.  We manage condominium units mostly owned by Japanese by marketing for rentals and resale. 
 
MARKETING STAFF 
 
JOB SUMMARY: 
 
We are looking qualified candidates to fill in the position for MARKETING STAFF to join our team.  
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Market available space for rent or for resale thru posting or other marketing strategy.
Post and update listings for available units for rent and resale. 
Respond to inquiries, make schedule, and conduct property viewing for prospective tenants or buyer. 
Prepare and process SPA and Lease agreements, renewal/extension and other documents.
Handle client during move-in and after move-in concerns to ensure tenants satisfaction in accordance with company standard. 
Making reports. 
Ensure the unit is well-maintained and that all maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. 
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and potential tenants/buyer. 
And other additional task and responsibilities may assign by management. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in Real Estate/LEASING/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT work experience is advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to independently and as part of a team. 
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. 
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Honest, hardworking, trustworthy and ability to work under pressure
Flexible in work hours and ability to  multitask
