Job Summary
Marketing Staff will be working closely with the management to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. You will be asked to handle LAZADA and SHOPEE as part of your tasks and as well as identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, plus creating marketing materials such as uploading edited photos of our products and content.
Qualifications:
· Must have at least 1 year experience handling LAZADA and SHOPEE
· Must have basic knowledge in picture editing and other graphic design.
· Graduate of any marketing related course.
· Must be living near North Caloocan
· SEO experience is preferred but not required
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
· A high level of attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collaborating with the management and internal teams on marketing strategy.
· Answering queries in Lazada and Shopee
· Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
· Understanding company product and brand.
· Organizing market research by searching saleable items to collect market info
· To handle shipping dispute
· To join and create marketing campaign
· Responsible in tracking lost cargo
· To handle damaged claims
· To polish the branding of the product
· SEO
· Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
· Updating social media accounts.
· Other tasks that may be assigned.
