Job description
The position is responsible to assist in the conduct of plant tour promotional activities and other Customer Relations and Marketing related activities such as CSR, outside selling, etc.
1. Ensures adequate supply of products in bread store shelves through proper allocation.
2. Helps in ensuring orderliness in the implementation of plant tour and CSR program.
3. Helps in ensuring cleanliness in all plant tour areas.
4. Assists in the consolidation of all reports required by the plant tour and CSR program.
5. Conducts the audio-visual presentation for special visitors or occasions as needed.
6. Acts as plant tour guide for visitors on special occasions as needed.
7. Prepares inventory of all plant tour and CSR-related items such as merchandising and promo materials, fixtures and the like.
8. Assists in CSR and product sponsorship and outside selling activities.
9. Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Should have experience in customer service
Should have knowledge on how to deal with customers and members of the organization
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Must be willing to be assigned in Mabalacat, Pampanga
