JOB PURPOSE
 
Good Cup Coffee's Marketing Staff-Creative Assistant is helping design promotional material for events (not limited to print, web, video, social media) such as product launches, blog posts, company brand books, and alike. This includes working closely with key relationships from brainstorming to developing designs and messages guided by the company's branding and marketing goals.
 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
Attention to details is very important. This role provides personal administrative support to the company through organizing administrative and clerical duties to optimize workflow in the office. Performs errands and coordinate with other office mates. 
Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency;
Coordinate with the Marketing Head and all the whole department with the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually activities;
Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned projects;
Design materials for corporate marketing and communication materials, including email campaigns, blog posts, video scripts, digital and print ads, and packaging;
Coordinate with key relationships to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials;
Keep track on current trends and competitors within the design sphere;
Help take up and deliver tasks within E-Commerce and Marketing Department, not limited to photoshop collaterals, and alike;
Assist in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content;
Make graphic design art for businesses that need design elements for logos, product packages, or marketing materials;
Create marketing materials that would suite to be published across all E-Commerce website and/or social media outlets.
Create templates that can be customized for future use;
Gather logos, images, statistics, quotes, and other items to use in promotional material;
Assist in editing promotional videos, not limited to brew better, new campaigns, and alike;
Thrive in a fast-paced work environment and meets tight deadlines;
and others.
JOB REQUIREMENT AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Detail oriented with good analytical skills a must.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or any creative design platform.
Proficient in any content management system.
Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
Extremely organized. Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
