In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy. You will focus on enhancing our marketing initiatives in both digital and traditional realms, spanning a wide range of marketing channels. Provide marketing qualified leads to attract us.

We are a fast growing IT company and are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our Bizdev team.
Job Responsibilities
● Collaborate with the CBO in planning and executing campaigns, encompassing content creation, new product launches, social media engagement, upselling, cross-selling, and enabling sales
● Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
● Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
● Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate social channels
● Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, event planning etc.)
● Performing other duties when needed
Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Salary: 18,000 PHP to 25,000 PHP plus monthly allowance
Years of experience: 5+ years of proven work experience as a Marketing specialist or a similar role
Location: Remote in Cebu
Qualifications:
● Outstanding oral and written communication skills (French Speaking is a plus)
● Experience in Hubspot platform is a must
● Excellent presentation skills
● Experience in planning and leading initiatives
● Knowledge in Canva is a plus
● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
● Ability to meet deadlines
● A team player with high level of dedication
● Strong attention to detail
● Creative and has a passion for technology
● Familiar with ConnectWise Manage is a plus
● Discretion and confidentiality when exposed to sensitive/ confidential information
● Must be willing to work night shifts (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Cebu time) (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST)
